The Invate team prides itself on customer satisfaction and we achieve this by delivering the right products and services at the right price.

After all, we don't just want to be good at what we do; we want to be the best at what we do. That's why we value our customers' feedback and act on it as soon as possible.

Our highly experienced and driven team is built around providing:

  • Helpful support – we are only ever a phone call, email or text away
  • Quality branded products – we rigorously test the thousands of products we promote and listen to your feedback
  • Flexible services – we are all unique so if you require anything you feel is not currently offered, please get in touch with us. Even if we can't help, we'll be sure to know someone who can!

So how did we come about?

Well, we were established by Chris Quickfall who firmly believed he could drastically improve the service he experienced when buying equipment to support his own disability.

With this in mind, Invate was created and our main focus will always be to provide unrivalled levels of support and after-sales care to people living with disabilities. It's this ethos that has helped drive the business forward as one of the UK's fastest growing companies.

Originally established to service the North East and provide equipment and support to dyslexic students in Higher Education, word of mouth quickly spread and we soon began supporting more and more individuals and organisations nationwide and across all areas of education and assistive technology.

In 2006, we launched our Assistive Technology Training School in order to maintain the high levels of support and expertise we're renowned for. We also began supporting schools and colleges, local and national government, the NHS and local charities. To enhance our Training School we secured the services of two of the country's leading Neuropsychologists; Dr Welch and Dr Makepeace to advise on how best to manage the Training School and develop world class training processes.

We believe that everyone should have access to information and education – so let Invate provide you with the products to do just that.
